Intention may change what a person notices, chooses, practices, learns, repeats, and receives from other people. A claim that thought alone changes an external event or DNA adds a larger mechanism and needs independent evidence.

The first route names mechanisms a person can notice and measure. The second makes a larger claim and therefore needs a stronger test. The diagram separates those questions without dismissing personal meaning.

Limit: No reliable primary source has been established in Tesla’s known writings and archives for this wording. It should remain an unverified attribution, not an authentic Tesla quotation.
